Mama, the most important job but the one that comes with no training or handbook

Becoming a mum is such a huge transition on every level, physically, mentally and emotionally

We are expected to just get on with things as we did previously but with the huge added overnight responsibility for another human

This little bundle who you wished came with their own handbook ( I’m still wishing for the handbook 24 years later)

Mamahood is the most beautiful but hardest thing we do

The one thing we do without the much needed support too

Range of support available for in home care and nurturing postnatal by a trained maternity nurse and newborn specialist

In home baby massage is now available locally to Maidstone this is available either 1:1 or gather your mummy friends and I can arrange a group course for you

I am also here for individual support no matter your situation whether it is your little ones sleep or behaviour there is always a helping hand

I am here for deep healing too providing you with a much needed listening ear, nurturing and supporting you on your healing journey
