🩷Pink Amethyst🩷

A pink variety of the more commonly known Amethyst due to the inclusion of Hematite in the forming process. A gentle nurturing stone that some say is more feminine but it still packs a punch in its healing qualities! It comes from one place in South America and has only been discovered and mined in the last few years (2017-2018 (as of 2022)) It was first discovered in the region of Patagonia, Argentina. The biggest deposit occurs in the vicinity of the El Chiquada mine.

Because pink amethyst has only ever been found in Patagonia, it is considered a rare and valuable form of amethyst.

Alleviates emotional trauma, helps stress, provides comfort in times of grief. Increases intuition and promotes a higher sense of being, love, light and well-being.

When compared to rose quartz in terms of heart healing - this is more for the here and now, present moment healing.

Most people think that these are three different crystals… they are not 😉

Did you know that Desert Rose, Satin Spar and Selenite are all actually the same mineral family? 🤩

They’re all forms of gypsum, but the environment they grow in changes the way they look!

🌹 Desert Rose forms in arid desert conditions, where gypsum crystals grow alongside sand, creating beautiful rose-like clusters.

✨ Satin Spar grows in fibrous layers, giving it that silky, glowing appearance that seems to shimmer in the light.

🤍 Selenite forms as clear or translucent crystal blades, often developing in large, impressive crystal formations.

Same mineral. Different growing conditions. Completely different appearance.

This week’s reading is from the Energy & Spirit Oracle by Sandra Anne Taylor…

This week, we are being asked to think things through carefully. Whilst it’s important to stay present and not become consumed by worries about the future, this card reminds us that it is also good to plan ahead and be mindful of the path that we are creating for ourselves.

Have you considered where you’re heading? Do you have a retirement plan in place? Are you building healthy habits today that will support your future self? Are you checking in with your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, not just for now, but for the years ahead?

The card shows a lady carefully making her way across a series of stepping stones, and the symbolism couldn’t be clearer. Take your time. Tread carefully. Don’t rush into decisions. Focus on the next step rather than trying to leap to the destination.

This card also invites you to reflect on your goals and dreams. What steps do you need to take to move closer to them? Where do you see yourself in six months, a year or even five years from now? Are your current actions helping you move in that direction, or is it time to reassess and create a clearer plan?

This could be a powerful week for checking in with your manifestations. When was the last time you reviewed your goals and dreams? Take some time to sit with them this week. Ask yourself whether they still align with who you are becoming, or whether they need refining as you continue to grow and evolve 🙏

We’ve had a very soul filling weekend so far 🥰

Last night we went and stayed at the campsite we are holding our wedding at as this morning we gave our legal Notice of Marriage at the registry office we are getting married at 🥰 105 days to go…! 💍

We’ve had our lovely campervan for almost two years now and we love just parking up, pushing the roof up, putting the chairs out and boom… set up for the night 🥰

A much, *much* needed night in a field, watching a sunset and relaxing ❤️ Even if we were attacked by doodle bugs 😅

Today, after giving Notice, we headed back towards Maidstone and stopped in at the The Kent Wellness Festival. It was so lovely to bump into fellow holistic therapists as well as a student or two of ours 🥰 We were too busy wandering, chatting and relaxing to remember to get any photos!

We are back to the Festival tomorrow as Paddy has been invited to play gongs at the closing ceremony with the lovely Ian of CLUB CHI 🙏✨

This weekend of camping and festival now has us very excited and very much looking forward to Our Vibe Festival in a months time… it’s not too late to book your ticket and come and join in what is promising to be a fabulous weekend ;)

Doesn’t it feel more like October than June at the moment? 🌧️☁️
The grey skies, cooler temperatures and endless drizzle can leave us feeling a little flat, tired and out of balance. Sometimes the best thing we can do is simply pause, step away from the busyness of life and take some time for ourselves.

💚Seraphinite💚

Pronounced Serra-fee-night, is akin to the name of the 6 winged angels - Seraphim who are the throne guardians of god. It is an extremely rare gem variety of Clinochlore, a hydrous magnesium iron aluminium silicate. Seraphinite is mined in a limited area of eastern Siberia in Russia.

When you look at jewellery that is made with this crystal, they use the star part of the stone to highlight its angelic beauty.

It’s a high vibration stone that connects us to our angels and harmonises our chakra column to allow full energy flow throughout.

Heightens intuition, intellect, accelerates one’s growth cycle on their path or journey.

This is a great stone to start a new and fresh life - but one must be able to embody and accept the changes that will happen. Moss Agate – The Stone of Growth & Abundance 🌿
