💙 MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS 💙

You do not have to struggle alone.

Across East Kent, support is available for men dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship difficulties, addiction, trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed.

Groups like Men2 were created to give men a safe space to talk openly, connect with others, and realise they are not alone. Their message is simple: “All it takes is 2 men to start a conversation.” (Involve Kent)

Whether you want to talk, listen, or just be around people who understand, there are local services and peer support groups ready to help — with no judgement and no pressure.

Support is available through:
• NHS Talking Therapies Kent & Medway
• East Kent Mind
• Men2 peer support groups
• Local men’s wellbeing and support networks across Kent

Taking the first step can be the hardest part — but it can also change everything.
