Happy 1st Drumiversary to us! 🎉🪘

As a drummer, it’s such a pleasure using rhythm to offer connection and mindfulness, amongst strangers. We use the drum as a tool to be creative, to be expressive, to call and to respond.

To find the moments of meditation between our thoughts. Of not trying to be or do anything, other than present. Surrendering to it and then enjoying the calm and clarity that comes with that release.

Thank you for trusting me, for entertaining me and teaching me. I look forward to doing more of these posts over the years.
