Just received a lovely email from a family we have had the pleasure of helping.

Dear Darren, Courtney and team,

I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for all the care, support, compassion and kindness you have shown as we have handled all the details surrounding Mum’s funeral.

No question was too silly, no task too difficult - from collecting her from Gainsborough, to the wonderful service yesterday. I hope you all got ice creams after!!!

You made a very tough time, more bearable.
