FAQ: When is the best time to start a course?

You can do hypnobirthing at any point throughout your pregnancy. Second trimester is most popular as you usually feel better through second trimester and it also gives you plenty of time to get the practice in, because hypnobirthing is all about the work you put into the practice!

However some people do it in early pregnancy which is absolutely fine and some do it very late. Some people choose power hours if they're close to giving birth so that they get some key information and a boost of confidence.

So you can book onto a hypnobirthing course at any stage in your pregnancy but second trimester is usually the best time.

The difference a year can make! ☺️

From sitting in my training course a year ago feeling so passionate about hypnobirthing but wondering if I actually had the confidence to do this, to now, being invited into people's homes at a really special and important time in their lives to empower them and give them the tools they need to go into birth with confidence.

Birth is a magical time and with the right knowledge and tools, you can give birth naturally, calmly, and comfortably. Feeling empowered and understanding how your body gives birth can allow you to have a birth you want to relive every day. It doesn't have to be traumatic.

FAQ: What resources will I get if I book a hypnobirthing course?

When you book a hypnobirthing course, you get a folder of key notes from the course, a book that is really good to read alongside the course, positive affirmation cards, a mandala colouring book, and a lovely canvas bag.

But the support doesn't end there... You will also have access to loads of fact sheets which are being updated all the time. We also have a long reading list and a list of websites that can give you more information on certain things.

And you also have me! My support doesn't end when you're course finishes. I'm here for anything you need after our sessions finish 🥰

Back from a wonderful, relaxing family holiday in the beautiful Brecon Beacons and straight back into teaching tonight 🥰 The start of a busy couple of months teaching couples and celebrating our daughter's 3rd birthday next week.
