We had such a great day yesterday at The Baby Fayre South East Canterbury! We were so busy, we didn't get time to take any photos other than these 🙈

Thank you so much to everyone who came round to see us, we had some brilliant conversations and I'm so excited to be helping some of you on this exciting journey to meet your baby.

I'm so proud of all our achievements this first year. I have some exciting news to announce in the next few weeks too which is a big step for Step By Baby Step.

FAQ: When is the best time to start a course?

You can do hypnobirthing at any point throughout your pregnancy. Second trimester is most popular as you usually feel better through second trimester and it also gives you plenty of time to get the practice in, because hypnobirthing is all about the work you put into the practice!

However some people do it in early pregnancy which is absolutely fine and some do it very late. Some people choose power hours if they're close to giving birth so that they get some key information and a boost of confidence.

So you can book onto a hypnobirthing course at any stage in your pregnancy but second trimester is usually the best time.

The difference a year can make! ☺️

From sitting in my training course a year ago feeling so passionate about hypnobirthing but wondering if I actually had the confidence to do this, to now, being invited into people's homes at a really special and important time in their lives to empower them and give them the tools they need to go into birth with confidence.

Birth is a magical time and with the right knowledge and tools, you can give birth naturally, calmly, and comfortably. Feeling empowered and understanding how your body gives birth can allow you to have a birth you want to relive every day. It doesn't have to be traumatic.
