πΏ BSW Recovery College
Open to anyone aged 18 or over, the Recovery College offers free online and face-to-face courses covering topics such as:
β¨ Managing anxiety
β¨ Improving sleep
β¨ Building resilience
β¨ Mindfulness and wellbeing
Courses are available to people experiencing mental health difficulties, as well as carers, friends and family members.

π€ Access Community Mental Health Service
This service supports people aged 16 and over who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties alongside additional social or emotional challenges.
Support may include up to six sessions using wellbeing and recovery tools, personalised plans and help accessing other suitable community or mental health services.

Did you know that Wiltshire Talking Therapies offers a range of free online courses designed to help with low mood, worry and anxiety?
Courses are delivered weekly in a supportive group setting using Microsoft Teams. Topics include:
β¨ Insomnia, anxiety, OCD, depression and phobias
β¨ Coping with the emotional impact of long-term conditions
β¨ Menopause and wellbeing
β¨ Support during pregnancy and after having a baby
β¨ Employment support, including applying for jobs
