I honestly can’t believe I’m writing this… I’M IN THE TOP 50! 🥹🩷

I’ve been named as one of the Top 50 Nail Technicians in the UK Hair & Beauty Awards 2026! 🎉

To think that my little nail business has made it this far is honestly overwhelming. 🥹 From the long days, endless sets of nails, learning, creating, building my business and putting my heart into every single appointment… it’s all been worth it. 🩷

Being recognised amongst so many incredibly talented nail technicians is something I’m incredibly proud of. ✨

And now I’m dying to know… WHERE in the Top 50 have I placed?! 👀😂

A HUGE thank you to every single client who has supported Nails by Emma, trusted me with their nails, recommended me, shared my work and cheered me on. 🥹🩷

✨ Oops… I did it again! 😂🩷

But can you blame me?! I just had to order the Nail OrderNail Order Cat Eye Collection… and trust me, they are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! 😍✨ I can’t wait to create some gorgeous sets with these.

I’ve also finally restocked the much-loved cuticle oil pens! 🫶🏼 They’re available in brand new scents, but stock is limited, so be quick if you’d like one at your next appointment! 💖

A Little Reminder About My Cancellation Policy ❤️

Hi lovely clients,

I wanted to share a gentle reminder about my cancellation policy, as it’s something that helps me run my business fairly and provide the best possible service to everyone.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. A lot of preparation, planning, and care goes into every booking, and my schedule is often booked weeks in advance.

For this reason, I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests are made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost.

Last-minute cancellations don’t just affect my business—they also mean another client may miss out on an appointment they’ve been waiting for. The cancellation policy helps protect both my time and the opportunity for other clients to book.

I completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I truly appreciate your understanding when it comes to honouring the policy you’ve agreed to when booking.

Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and my commitment to providing the highest level of care to each and every client. Your support means so much and allows me to continue doing what I love.
