Tasks include supporting with all aspects of personal care, meals, medication, shopping, light domestic duties, social interaction and accessing the wider community.
We believe in positive risk taking and aim to empower individuals to manage themselves.
The role is varied and the person will need to be adaptable, calm and a problem solver. It is essential you have your own transport to enable you to travel to each property.
In return we offer enhanced pay for weekend working

The Care Group are currently looking to recruit 2 Home Care Assistants working 30 hrs a week. This will include mornings, evenings and alternate weekends. We deliver care in the individuals home so a driving licence and access to transport is essential. You will work along side District Nurses, Occupational Therapists and other Healthcare professionals. We will give ongoing support and development.
We provide access to a pension and contribute 3% , pay 35 pence per mile for travel, free training including, access to a CQF level 2/3, Paid training, induction and shadow shifts, a £50 voucher of choice following successful probation, paid holiday upto 28 days per annum pro rata.
