Have you already had curative hypnotherapy treatment with me to resolve anxiety in any form?

If so, you may be interested to know that Aile Trumm is currently conducting PhD research (at University of Brighton) into the efficacy of this style of treatment compared to medications and CBT.

Aile is very friendly and extemely enthusiastic about this area of research so you would greeted very warmly if you want to get in touch with her!

A lovely lady who I worked with last year asked me to share her email on Facebook (as it is easier and more confidential than leaving an online review) and I am delighted to do so!

I always love to hear when positive changes continue. It really is an honour and a joy to be a part of such changes (sounds soppy but I assure you it is true!)

It's worth noting that the experience of seeking curative hypnotherapy for ONE seemingly clear and definable thing (nail biting, weight loss etc) but then finding our work together to be much more expansive and far-reaching (resolving niggling underlying anxieties and low self-esteem for example) is a very common one. I like to create a space where we can work collaboratively to resolve whatever we need to, beyond clearly defined labels. 🙂

Spent my lunchbreak today staging a rather chilly and impromptu photoshoot to show off my new business sign (a late 10 year businessaversary present to myself 🎊🎉)
