💜 Menopause can feel incredibly isolating.
Many women tell me they feel as though nobody really understands what they're experiencing.
They continue showing up for work.
Supporting their families.
Running businesses.
Managing responsibilities.
All while quietly navigating symptoms that can affect their confidence, energy and wellbeing.
Yet one of the most powerful forms of support isn't found in a supplement, a treatment or a strategy.
It's found in connection.
It's found in friendships.
It's found in communities.
It's found in the women who remind us that we don't have to carry everything alone.
As we mark International Friendship Day, I'm grateful for every woman who has shared her story, offered support, asked a question or helped another woman feel seen.
Whether that's in friendship, business or within our wider community, women supporting women really does make a difference. 🤍
