We're Back From Our Adventures and Happy to Share the Good News with You!! It's been such a Long time since having been regularly posting on Social Media and I just want to thank my followers and those of you who have still followed and supported me on my journey of becoming an entrepreneur of a very small business. It's not been easy to manage a small business as a singleton and being quite a reserved person but I have longed for this and felt so passionate about my product that I'm going to strive for it to reach to the top. How to Increase Your Milk Supply;
* Drink More Water (at least 16 Cups per day)
*Pump After Nursing- Manually or use an electric pump for 10 minutes three times a day and schedule at same times in the day *Check the Latch- A correct Latch is Super important to prevent pain and soreness as pain can prevent or lower milk production * Skin to Skin- Try facing babies belly against yours to increase endorphins and oxytocin's

We all have a leak of milk occur, sometimes before we even begin to breastfeed. Prepared or unprepared.

But the bloomin best thing about it is it can be brought with you everywhere you go but not always easy to carry.

ALERT 🚨 Parents there is a Big misconception that you have to be able to feel “milk let-down” in order to actually be breastfeeding properly.... after recent studies have shown that around 48% of 25,000 women did not feel their milk let-down and 52% did.
💦 When breastfeeding (yes both pumping and nursing) the hormone of oxytocin is released. This causes the milk ejection reflex, which initiated the “flood gates opening” and “milk let-down”
🌪Some mothers are sensitive too the feeling of a letdown and can feel it more easily with painful pins and needles or tingles. 🌊 Some Mothers will experience a wave of depression or anxiety. 🤢 Nausea is also another symptom. 💁‍♀️Some women will not experience any symptoms at all which can make it difficult to tell if their milk has letdown when nursing or pumping. Below are some ways to “see” what you cannot “feel”. 👀 watch baby’s suck/ swallow pattern, is their chin dropping and jawline moving? Can you hear swallows which can sometimes sound like a soft “k”?? 🥛 When pumping watch your milk flow in the pump fl**ge (tunnel part of breast pump). In the tunnel you may notice faster drops all of a sudden, or even sprays when your milk is let-down. 📝 All in all- If you can’t feel your letdown it does not mean:- *you aren’t having any letdowns. *you are doing something wrong. *your milk supply is low.
