💜World Alzheimer's Month💜
September is World Alzheimer's Month, where people across the world come together to raise awareness of Alzheimer's disease, and all forms of dementia, while challenging the stigma and discrimination many people continue to face.

Here at Woodside Medical Centre we are encouraging everyone to learn more about dementia, and show understanding to those affected.

Together we can rase awareness, support those affected , and ensure that nobody faces dementia alone.
