We are very excited to be guesting on Vicky Richardson’s Health and Care on the Air show on AllFM (96.9) tomorrow, Thursday 20th April at 11am to talk about how our mindful disco can benefit the mental health of families and individuals of all ages and introduce people to a beautiful tool for life, that they can use immediately every day, and go on to develop as much as they like 😃.
