I’m really starting to enjoy going to the gym and working out. There’s this rush that I get, that I’ve never had before and it feels fabulous!
Losing weight isn’t just about food, it’s about mood and motivation, it’s about exercise and mental clarity and YES, you get that at your local Slimming World group!!
Just over 8000 steps done as well just before lunch and a 50 minute workout too!
Feel great, but a power nap is needed before I hit the shops, meet up with friends and then start to get glammed up for this evening!!
