It’s not all about the protein, although that is hugely important too fibre often gets forgotten about…

It’s especially important during pregnancy while your body is undergoing major hormonal and physical changes 🤰🏼

Aim for around 25-30g per day your gut will thank you 🙌🏻

As a business owner, wife and mum I can honestly say I am also guilty of being in fight and flight, but we all need to listen up and try to let go of control, worry and stress.
