Now exhibition is on so I can leave it this little part of my community story here☺

I am proud to share this short film, created as part of the Think It, Grow It project organised by the University of Salford.

As a result of my involvement in the project, I was invited to take part in the Research Portrait Campaign, which celebrates the stories, experiences and contributions of people within the local community. This film was created as part of that campaign and gave me the opportunity to share my journey, values and connection to the community.

As a Registered Nurse, Holistic Therapist and founder of Well-im, I believe that health is about much more than treating symptoms. Nature, community connections, creativity and a sense of belonging all play an important role in our wellbeing.

I am honoured to have been included in this project and grateful to everyone involved for giving me the opportunity to share my story.
