✨ Happy Lammas (Lughnasadh) ✨ Eve…..
Tomorrow we honour the First Harvest—a sacred turning point on the Wheel of the Year.
The mid point between the summer solstice and the autumn equinox.
Lammas reminds us to pause, reflect, and give thanks for all that has grown within and around us.
It is a celebration of abundance, not only in what we have achieved, but in who we have become.
As the fields are harvested, we are invited to ask:
🌾 What seeds have I nurtured this year?
🌞 What am I ready to celebrate?
🍂 What can I now lovingly release?
Simple Lammas Rituals
✨ Light a golden or yellow candle and spend a few moments in gratitude.
🌾 Bake or share fresh bread as a symbol of abundance and community.
📝 Journal about your blessings and the intentions that have begun to bloom.
🍎 Create a small altar with wheat, oats, seasonal flowers, apples, sunflower heads, or herbs.
🌿 Take a mindful walk in nature, offering thanks to the Earth for her gifts.
🔥 Write down what no longer serves you and safely burn or bury the paper as an act of release.
