Last bits of prep ahead of my wellbeing breakfast gathering in at Tomorrow Building this Thursday (16th January) from 8:30am to 10:00am.

I’ve been hugely encouraged and supported in doing this by Alex from , who will be providing a delicious free breakfast for attendees.

The plan is to chat with interested attendees 1-2-1, and in groups about the changes they want to make in their lives in 2025 and to help them understand how they can make them effectively, and for the long term.
