Artisan Nutrition was born from her fundamental belief that food can be medicine, as well as her passion for delicious, home-cooked dishes. Having grown up experiencing the benefits of traditional healing foods and therapeutic techniques, Artisan Nutrition was founded from Mussarrat’s desire to share over 30 years of home-cooking wisdom. By educating the local community on the importance of healthy eating, Mussarrat hopes to encourage more people to get back into the kitchen and start cooking! Artisan Nutrition operates a zero waste mentality, with the understanding that food does not have to be covered in plastic to be convenient. The shop reflects this ethos by reusing, recycling and repurposing to ensure Artisan Nutrition works in harmony with both the body and environment.
