Manchester Yoga Central we are an atmospheric yoga studio inside a warehouse. With weekly classes and workshops. As well as 1-2-1 lessons or private group sessions.

Manchester Yoga Central is a peaceful Grand Warehouse retreat (next to Old Trafford stadium). We provide drop in yoga classes by experienced qualified teachers which are accessible for all. We provide alternative therapies and massage and weekly workshops. We rent out this space for long weekend holistic Courses at a reasonable rate.
