Tears cleanse the soul.

Yes; tears do cleanse the soul. They allow you to release emotional blockages and wash away the invisible weight you’ve been carrying internally. Letting them flow without judgment helps you to create space for healing, transformation, and a newfound sense of clarity.

Each tear - although a reminder of past events and part of your memories - is a sacred reset, signaling to your mind and body that it is finally safe to surrender, soften, and let go.

And I want you to let go, so that you may become unblocked from the love of spirit. So you may experience the world without barriers and walls built on fear of loss.

In the spirit world we see the true beauty of your vulnerability, holding you in a warm veil of light whenever those tears fall. You are never alone in your quiet moments of grief or release; and every heavy emotion is met with unconditional compassion and an invitation to rest. Trust that as you gently tear down those protective walls, you are simply allowing our love and your own light to shine through unobstructed.

It's ok to cry, encouraged in fact.

And I see you. I know. And I am with you, supporting you through the cleansing and healing process.
