I practice as an Osteopath in West Didsbury, in the heart of South Manchester. I adopt a professional approach to patient care, but also take the necessary time to become familiar with each patient’s individual lifestyle, medical history and symptoms. This facilitates safe treatment techniques that are personalised according to the patient's specific needs. I am equipped with the skills required o

f a competent healthcare professional, and those expected of a Registered Osteopath. I take an interest in posture, balance and movement patterns, and how they influence muscle and joint pain. My treatment approach is relaxed and friendly, set within a peaceful and caring environment. I treat a wide range of conditions, but because these will present differently from person to person, my aim is to develop jointly agreed, patient-centred treatment plans. I strongly believe that patients should be well informed to understand the nature and purpose of their treatments, including likely outcomes, and potential limitations, whilst receiving effective treatment relevant to their diagnosis. I strive to address patient symptoms using a combination of gentle, yet effective, soft tissue massage, articulation, stretching and Osteopathic manipulation techniques, which are tailored to suit the individual patient. I place great emphasis on educating my patients to help them understand the nature of their condition, and in supporting them through their rehabilitation. I help patients manage their symptoms at home and reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence by providing tailored advice on lifestyle changes and exercise plans. My passion for Osteopathy is driven by my desire to help people, to reduce their symptoms of pain, and to empower them to improve their wellbeing.

🤕📸 Can’t but love a good before and after... The patient below had a nasty fall from her bike, and her posture adapted in the months that followed as a result of her injuries. The patient let me know from the outset of the consultation that she wasn’t keen on “cracking” as a form of treatment, so the results below were achieved purely from soft tissue, muscle energy and articulation techniques - the change in just one session was phenomenal.
