If you’re buying shilajit from eBay, Facebook Marketplace or Terry Two-Stripes and his sports bag full of 'goodies', I’ve got bad news for you… It probably isn’t shilajit 🤣
But if you actually want the real thing, I recently trialled shilajit from LLS (full review below), and I can now follow up with bloodwork showing my testosterone has gone back up.
Before anyone jumps on that, I’m not saying that shilajit is a magic testosterone booster. As you can see my levels have been high for years, but they dipped recently. No surprise why mind, two young children, broken sleep, less recovery, life chaos etc.
And over the last few months I have implemented a number of changes to bring my levels back up naturally, shilajit was just one of those changes.
At 43 years old, I don’t use Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) or any Performance Enhancing Drugs (PED's) for that matter. I’m very aware that a lot of people in the industry do, whether they admit it or not while claiming 'natural' results to sell their programmes 🤦
Those of you that know me well will know that that's not my approach. Instead I focus on stacking the fundamentals and implementing everything that's proven to work, and when the needle moves, well.
And for anyone sceptical, bloodwork makes it pretty obvious whether someone is on TRT or not. Markers like Luteinising Hormone (LH) and Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) are typically suppressed or near zero if someone is using exogenous testosterone. Mine sit comfortably within the normal range alongside high testosterone, which tells you everything you need to know.
For anyone that wants to give this product a try, here's 25% off your first order;

And if you're interested to know if it increases your testosterone, please test your levels first. A post for another time, but definitely don't be getting testosterone from Terry Two-Stripes either, or taking testosterone without first knowing your levels and then implementing all of the natural measures.
The company I use to test is Thriva, and if you want to check yours, you can use my client discount code to get £30 off your first order. Get your Vitamin D levels tested at the same time, I guarantee you're not in the optimal range;
