👉 Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2lZfJdVJQ4c

In her talk at TEDxTrafford, Penny reflects on the Maasai greeting “Kassarian Ingera — How are the children?” and explores why this simple question offers a powerful lens for understanding the health of our communities, systems and societies.

Drawing on her experience as a Chartered Paediatric Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Psychologist, Penny challenges us to think differently about responsibility, connection and how we measure success, not just individually, but collectively.

As CNS’s Founder and Lead Clinician, we are incredibly proud of Penny and the values, insight and leadership she brings to our work every day.

Whether you’re interested in psychology, community change, resilience or simply great ideas, this talk is a must-watch!
