Today is Chinese new year where we move away from the shedding on the old self with the Wood Snake and into the year of the Go! Go Go action of the Fire Horse.

The Horse brings forth speed, strength courage and freedom.

The Fire element symbolises passion, transformation and accelerated change.

Together they bring a year of radical shifts pushing us to take bold action towards our goals whether we feel ready for it or not.

We have new moon In Capricorn today!

New moons symbolise new beginnings and the opportunity to start over.

Capricorn is an Earth sign making it slow moving, practical minded, head strong, disciplined and determined.

Together they encourage us to align our actions with our long term goals.

Capricorn is not one for wishful thinking instead it prefers that we walk our talk by organising a plan of action and following it through especially in matters of work and career

Today we have a Full and Super Moon in Cancer also known as The Wolf Moon in Native American tradition.

Full Moons bring closure and act as a check in point where we can reassess and make changes.

Super Moon is when it is larger than normal so the energies are a lot more intensified than usual.

This moon is in the sign of Cancer where it is quite at home as it rules this sign.

Cancer is a water sign making it a very emotional phase.
Tiggering old feelings and a sense of nostalgia up to the surface to be acknowledged and released.

This moon brings with it a push and pull sort of energy with regard to relationship dynamics with others and encourages us to look at where we need to find some balance between our public persona and private life.

It makes us look at where we maybe giving too much of our energy out others and where we need lay down more firmer boundaries and make self care more of a priority.
