Friendship Day at YOU x Pilates / Barre / Yoga - Grip Socks 🤍
Join us for a very special event at YOU, hosted with our gorgeous instructor Sophie and founder of Melisoles.
This is your excuse to grab your bestie and join us for an evening of Pilates, music, spritzes, good food and all the feel-good vibes. The evening will start with a Fusion Pilates class with Sophie and Olivia, followed by a sound healing session to leave you feeling grounded, uplifted and reset.
After class, we’ll be keeping the good vibes going with spritzes (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), sushi from Saiko Sushi from plus time to socialise, connect and take part in a little affirmation planning with your Pilates girls.
