The day was filled with love, passion, and the joy of coming together. From our delicious home-cooked BBQ to the smiles shared around the table, our residents, staff, and families reminded us what makes Unity Homes so special.

💙 Dementia Walk 2026 💙

Today, our residents, families, and dedicated staff came together to take part in our Dementia Walk, showing support, raising awareness, and celebrating the strength of our community.

It was wonderful to welcome visitors from another care home and see everyone actively participating, sharing smiles, conversations, and encouragement along the way.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special. Together, we continue to raise awareness and stand with those living with dementia. 💙🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️
