We’re delighted to be launching a range of inclusive classes and services for babies, children and the wider community, including:

🧘‍♀️ 1:1 Yoga Therapy (Home Visits Available)
💃 Dance Fitness for Adults – suitable for all levels and abilities
🌟 And much more to come!

📍 Areas covered: Wigan, Leigh, Hindley & Bolton. We’re also happy to travel further where possible, so please get in touch to discuss your location.

Whether you’re looking for a calming bonding experience with your baby, supportive and fun activities for children with additional needs, or an enjoyable way to improve your own health and wellbeing through dance fitness, we’d love to hear from you.

🏫 Do you have a venue? If you’re a school, nursery, college, community group, children’s centre, care setting, or have a suitable space and would like to hire Time to Shine to deliver our sessions, we’d love to work with you. Please get in touch to discuss how we can support your setting.
