We’ve listened to your feedback and we’re excited to announce that all of our Sports Massage sessions are now being extended from 40 minutes to a full 1 hour.

This change allows our therapists more time to fully assess and focus on the areas causing tension, stiffness and discomfort whether that’s from training, long hours at a desk, poor posture, back pain or day-to-day muscle tightness.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and help to:
• Reduce muscle tension and tightness
• Ease back, neck and shoulder discomfort
• Support mobility and flexibility
• Aid post-exercise recovery
• Help you feel more relaxed and restored

By moving to 1 hour appointments, we’re able to provide a more thorough, personalised treatment experience designed around your goals and symptoms.

• 1 Hour Sports Massage — £75
