I’m excited to share that next Tuesday (May 26th) at Rhode Island Coffee Stockport, I’ll be holding a FREE community Doula Drop In session🌸

Whether you’re in your first trimester or about to pop, come say hi for:

🌷 Birth support chat
🌷 Tea, cake, & a calm space
🌷 Connection with other local mamas to be
🌷 Gentle reflection activities
🌷 A chance to ask questions about what doula support *actually* looks like during pregnancy, birth and postpartum

There will also be a light optional craft activity of creating your own personalised birth affirmation cards🥰

You’re welcome to drop in for just 5 minutes or stay for a while longer🤍
