It took a lot for me to weigh-in today…

I was convinced I’d have a significant gain but without weighing in I’d likely have spiralled until next week because mentally if it’s now a +2 and it ends up being a +4 I’ll just blame the holiday

But I lost 1/2lb! And now I’m just 1lb from my target range 🎯

Packed lunch at a castle? Absolutely. 💁‍♀️

Not because I had to... because I wanted to. I love knowing I've got something I genuinely enjoy, leaving more pennies for the ice cream if I fancy one later! 😉🍦

Slimming World isn't about saying no. It's about calling the shots. Holiday, castle, packed lunch... and still living my best life. Because the plan fits around my life, not the other way round.
