Our new class timetable is officially ready and we're super excited to get working out together again! 🥳
All of our classes are outdoors in Whalley Range and with lots of sunny days forecast it's the perfect time to join us.

Just a heads up that booking is essential before you arrive so please don't just turn up as we can't do drop-ins.

We’ve been very quiet online lately while we’ve been finding our feet with this new way of working. Life at GAF feels so different to the LBG days, but we are genuinely so excited about the shift and being able to work in a more holistic, community-centred way. It’s been so lovely getting to work right in the heart of the community every day and now being able to support people with counselling and mental health support too.

Here’s some of what we’ve been up to:

2. Lori’s office lately. As well as online counselling, she has been loving doing outdoor walk & talk sessions
3. One of Sarah’s favourite parts of the week, running movement classes for local care home residents
4. Nothing beats an early morning park PT on a sunny day
5. Getting our new class timetable ready to go…
