A" BIG THANK YOU" to A very special person. This is Ibrahim Khalil, a very dedicated base community member of Manchester who is also from the Chittagong community. He like other have shown the way to contribute in the time of need. He is the 1st person in the Bangladeshi community to know to Blow in need to DONATE PLASMA.
He is an Ex Army officer of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Military. He has served in Africa 🌍 on behalf of the UN (United Nation) True soldier of Bangladesh 🇧🇩 and Is true to humanitarian work.

By donations plasma this will help people in more serious illnesses such as rare chronic disease and disorders such as primary immunodeficiency, hemophilia and genetic lung diseases as well as treatment like Trauma, burns 🔥 and shock..

Ibrahim has given his commitment to Blood In Need that he will personally encourage his bame community to donate blood and plasma.

Today we have had the privilege of announcing the Youngest memeber to donate blood Via Blood IN Need, The nephew of Shahin Uddin,
Minahazul Akbar Alif.. It is his 1st donation and the beginning of many.

A massive Round of Applause to our very own community activists Abdul Basit who signed up last month to donate Blood via Blood In Need.. He asked us what's the criteria and we explained it all to him.. He further said" I was really moved by all the good work Blood In Need were doing and that made me join..

We hope this is the Beginning of many donations.

Please come forward and donate in this very difficult time as Blood stocks are very low due to COVID-19 As people are On Lockdown.

Government has given permission to go and continue to give blood as this is essential to save lives..

Last week we saw Many community Activists signing up through Blood In Need to donate blood. This time we have had Ismail Abdullah Donating for his 1st time. The feeling he had after donating was amazing, just to feel you are able to save someone's life by doing something which does not cost a single penny..

He was energised and said he will be donating on a regular basis..

I hope this messages reaches you in Good Health.

As you May be aware that Myself and my good Friend Joshim Set up a Charity Called
"Blood In Need" (a Non profit , Non Money Making, Non Money donating or collecting)which helps and connect with our local community to better understand the Importance of "Donating Blood".
We have been regularly donating Blood ourselves but that isn't enough.. we need your help..
Over the past year we have had many people come to us to donate via Blood In Need but not everyone can donate due to their personal circumstances.

Today i would like to inform you about a donor who is Muslim, a female and has donated blood for the 1st time.
For personal reason she did not want to be pictured or name mentioned.

As a community we need to get out of the "Tabboo" understanding of we cant donate. its not allowed. It is. This is a form of charity without paying from your pocket.

Blood In Need would like to Thank this sister who has taken the brave step to follow us and Hope to see here continue to do so.

I urge all of my community especially the BAME community to come forward and contact us a.d help make a difference to someone's life.
Don't let it be too late... before its one of your own who needs blood.
