In 4 hours I turn 48 not that I am counting 😆🥳

It’s been another year of tough times and great times - human life!

the last 48 hours I’ve spent in a field dancing, manifesting, eating and time with my 5, feeling immense gratitude. Now back outside watching the stars and knowing that I might not have everything but I have love, happiness and contentment (and music!)

Be human, be happy 😊

I challenge myself for this next year to help more women in personal health and wellbeing, improving fertility journey, supporting women in life’s challenges and connecting women with energy 🧡

Of course you have time to take a moment! No one is that busy that they can’t even take 1 minute out!

No excuse 🫵 Even if you’re on school holidays and surrounded by children, get them involved too…challenge everyone to stand or sit outside for 60 seconds in complete silence and just listen (set a timer so no one even has to think about that!)

Reiki is not always a deeply relaxing and healing treatment, sometimes you can close your eyes and go on a journey!

Some people will see colours, images or an animal! The interesting thing seeing animals during Reiki is they often provide us with messages, a spirit guide.
Here are a few from recent sessions 🧡

The Wolf - Encourages you to trust your inner voice and gut feelings rather than overthinking.

The Eagle - Seeing this bird can mean it is time to release old fears, stretch your limits, and embrace new personal freedom.

The Lion - Seeing a lion during a Reiki session usually means you are connecting with inner courage, personal power, and protective energy. This powerful animal symbol often appears when your mind and spirit are ready to face challenges or step into greater confidence.

I love to travel and I have my favourites, Lao being one of them! I did not expect to feel experience and recall that memory in Urmston

But I walked in to and met tried the Laos sauce which I brought and then continued to tell him how we love Lao and the Lao coffee. They only sold it!!! What a wonderful way to make and enjoy coffee today 🧡

Homework for my Fertility clients!

At every stage of the fertility journey treatment using my method can be different, and clients are often encouraged to continue the work at home.

This week we worked on ovulation stimulation and using reflexology we gently balanced the endocrine system and stimulated the o***y reflex point. The client can now work the o***y reflex points on her hand at home for the next 5 days to continue the work!
