Mary Elsam and I are collaborating for this session, and will be adding extra touches to this one 😉

The theme of this session is Self Love.

Held in the beautiful Hygieia and Co yoga studio, the session allows your mind and body the time and space to quieten and be still, whilst remembering the importance of loving ourselves, in order for us to be able to love others.

Relax and open your heart with Cacao followed by a meditation, a session for ladies only. I'm creating a safe space for you, in my studio, for any emotions that might come up.

It's on Wednesday 12th August, the same day as the solar eclispe, and just a few days after the Lionsgate on 8th August, both are super powerful energies! The latter is the best time in the year for manifestation, so it won't be too late for that too. So many possibilities! What will you wish for?
