Chodzenie na palcach u dzieci – czy zawsze „samo przejdzie”🤔
Wielu rodziców słyszy: „to normalne, dziecko rośnie”...
Czasem tak jest — ale czasem chodzenie na palcach to nawyk połączony z napięciem łydek i osłabioną pracą stóp🦶🦶

Toe walking in children – does it always “grow out of it”? 🤔
Many parents hear: “It’s normal, the child is growing…”
Sometimes that’s true — but sometimes toe walking is a habit linked to tight calf muscles and weak foot function 🦶🦶
In the photo: my 6-year-old little patient 👦🏼 after massage and calf kinesiotaping — used as support alongside playful exercises and work on proper walking patterns 🦶🦶
The good news?
👉 In most children, this can be corrected if addressed early.
