Every day teaches you something.
One of the biggest lessons in hospitality is that you can never completely predict what the next hour is going to look like.
The goal isn’t to be perfect…
It’s to keep learning and keep giving every customer the same standard, whether it’s your busiest day of the month or your quietest.
That’s the challenge, and the part I still enjoy nearly 10 years later.
