Someone who hadn’t seen her in weeks couldn’t believe how much she’d changed.

Not the injury. Her.

The way she was moving. The way she carried herself across the room.

Her dad had visited over the weekend, first time in a while, and he just stopped and stared. Said he couldn’t get over how different she looked.

She hasn’t run in years. That’s what we’re working towards. And for the first time, it doesn’t feel like a fantasy.

Because that’s how progress works. So small, so subtle, day by day, that we stop seeing it. We’re living inside the grind. We forget where we started.

It takes someone who loves us. Someone who’s been away long enough to see the distance we’ve covered. They hold up the mirror we’ve stopped looking into.

That’s why we test. That’s why we measure. That’s why we track the numbers.

You deserve to see your progress. Not just feel it.

It’s why I track everything objectively - so your progress is never just a feeling. It’s on the screen, in the numbers, impossible to argue with.
