I have just spent 5 days assisting my Jikiden Reiki teacher, Dai Shihan Amanda Jayne Learn Jikiden Reiki in the beautiful coastal town of Deal.

I feel incredibly grateful for the traditional way this Japanese art of healing is honored through such a direct lineage. Amanda was a student of Chiyoko Yamaguchi, who learned directly from Hayashi Sensei—a student of Usui Sensei.

Amanda’s passion and dedication always leave me feeling profoundly connected to Japan and the roots of this practice. She teaches in a way that is practical, informative, and deeply respectful of tradition.
In Jikiden Reiki, we remain perpetual students. We seek constant self-improvement without ego, understanding that as Reiki becomes second nature, we align with our true nature.

I am forever grateful for everything this journey has taught me and continues to remind me! With love always Helen🙏🏻

Had the most beautiful two days teaching Jikiden Reiki here in Margate!
I feel so incredibly lucky that my work brings such generous, open, and inspiring people into my life. It was a joy to teach Okuden to this wonderful group—some of you were new, while others were returning to refresh your skills. I am so moved by everyone’s enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to using Reiki to help themselves and others in everyday life.

So happy to be a part of this amazing natural healing journey with you all. I can’t wait to see you all at a Reiju Kai so we can continue practicing and growing together.

There are two practitioner levels in Jikiden Reiki.

The second is Okuden, where you learn the powerful and effective method for treating psychological issues, addictions and habits you want to move through.
You also learn how to use Reiki to help people who are not physically present.

I have 3 spaces left on my May training in Margate, Kent.

Amanda Jayne - will also be teaching on June 8th in Deal, Kent.

Please note: You must have completed the Shoden course with a certified Jikiden Reiki Teacher.

Japanese philosophy teaches us that every individual, like spring trees, blooms in their own time and in their own unique way, this philosophy reminds us to trust our own timing and embrace personal growth.
