Patients and visitors attending Spencer Private Hospitals, Margate, are advised that gas pipe replacement works will be taking place in the local area from 22nd July to 30th August 2026. These works are expected to continue for approximately five weeks and are likely to cause increased traffic and delays.

The following roads are expected to be affected by closures during this period:
