Thanks so much to Llanfaelog WI for inviting me to talk to them about reflexology last evening. I received a very warm welcome (and the cake was fabulous too 😊).
I love spreading the word about the joys of reflexology ❤️👣

Tonight we welcomed Carol Barrow of Me Time Reflexology, which she started up over three years ago in Marianglas. Very interesting talk and presentation, she certainly knows what she's talking about. She told us how she first looked into reflexology after working in HR for several years and hasn't looked back. I'm sure she will have visits from some of our
members.

Hi Everyone

My name is Carol and I'm the owner of Me Time Reflexology here on the stunning island of Anglesey.

After working in Human Resources for over 20 years, and following a number of significant life events, I decided to pursue my love of reflexology full time. What a great decision!

My husband and I made the decision to relocate to Anglesey in 2022, and now I have the privilege of guiding clients towards relaxation and rejuvenation in my cozy treatment room in Marianglas.

My passion? Supporting individuals on their journey to improved physical and emotional wellbeing by releasing tension and embracing calm.
