This is how happy I am to be fully booked this week!!! 😂

This joyful moment was taken last week on a London trip to Sky Garden a terrifying garden in the sky 39 floors up in a sky scraper. I was quite scared of it to be honest. But we must embrace our fears. Look up. And keep our hearts open.

This. When I ask someone with shoulder and neck ache when they twisted their ankle really badly years ago.

It’s not magic, mind reading or intuition. The body tells us what is wrong and where the problem comes from.

What a day fully booked and PHEW off for a sauna now. Some of today’s complaints:
❤️A knee swollen to 3x its correct size
❤️Dodgy neck. Very tight
❤️Pain in the hip
❤️Groin strain and shoulders.
❤️Long standing fab client. Reset
❤️Swollen ankles.
❤️Teacher reset
❤️Migraine
❤️Hayfever

2 folks discharged. 1 after only 1 treatment. A great week. Thank you all as ever. I’m here. I’m on hols for 2 weeks from 4th August. Plenty of time before that if you need me call me darling people ###x

Glorious day again how stunning!!! Afternoon walkies between clients a fantastic life indeed.

Please call me if you are in pain of any description. I will do my best to help you as fast as your body allows. One of this mornings clients described it like “I can feel water moving all around my body-like it was blocked and I didn’t notice-and now it’s all moving!”

A beautiful description indeed. A man. A mechanic. A body builder. Yet noticed this on his very first session.
