The KiTE foundation course is definitely going ahead this coming September 2026 👏🏻

You may wonder about the relevance of the attached picture. I'm currently in Costa Rica, a trip that I've been saving and planning for for the last three years. It's relevant, because I doubt I'd be here without kinesiology. Here's why...

💫 Muscle testing used in kinesiology allows you to clear saboteurs and live your best life. There are plenty of reasons this might have remained on my bucket list, but I was determined to make it happen.
💫 I'm in good health and able to keep up with my two teenage boys, due to the health benefits of receiving treatment myself and knowing what's good for my body and health needs
💫 I know it's uncomfortable for some, but I'm going to come out and say it - as a career, this pays well! 🙏🏻

My eldest is just about to have a well earned half term break from his GCSEs! 😅

I've loved being able to support him by using the learning enhancement exercises (improving his handwriting and listening skills) as well as seeing which remedies he needs if he's having a wobble.

This - and more - are taught in the introduction to kinesiology sessions on 13th & 14th June ⬇️ so come along if you're interested in learning how to support your loved ones.

Love that so much of what I've been speaking to my clients about is finally making the 'mainstream'.

But I'm still learning, and had no idea of the science regarding nitric oxide and how crucial its production is within our bodies.

I'd thoroughly recommend listening to this condensed version of the interview between Steven Bartlett and the esteemed Dr Nathan Bryan, especially if you want to understand the facts behind avoiding fluoride and mouthwash, limiting sugar and high glycaemic foods, how a lack of nitric oxide feeds into diabetes, heart disease, high BP... and more!
