Happy Sunday all!
Another busy week in clinic but a lovely one, it’s been really nice to get back into it after the move!
Another one of my lovely patients has kindly let me share her photo and her story…
This patient has had 18 treatments with me so far. They started off weekly for some time and have now gone to every 2 weeks, we are very close to pulling back even more to every 3 weeks as she continues to make excellent progress.
She came to me with mental health issues - low mood, erratic emotions and anxiety. She also suffers from GERD and has been recently diagnosed with a hiatus hernia which has caused her a lot of pain, discomfort and bloating. In addition to this she’s had issues with regular bowel movements/constipation. As well as aches and pains in her back.
Since starting regular acupuncture treatment she has been doing incredibly well. Her mood has completely improved - no more anxiety or low feelings and no erratic emotions. Her bowels have regulated and her bloating has gone. What’s more is her hiatus hernia is perfectly manageable without any medication and her symptoms of GERD are practically non existent.
To be candid her healing has not been linear by any means. When our bodies go through healing sometimes things can flare up as the body gets rid of things before things get better. Healing is not always an easy or quick journey but it is possible!

Exciting news!
I have successfully moved house AND clinic!!

Moving my clinic has been a huge undertaking so I want to do a big shout out and thank you to all the local and independent trades that have helped me make this happen and who have adhered to my very strict military timetable, they’ve all been amazing and I would recommend them all to everyone:
Ed Furniss who has taken care of all the plumbing works (ejfdesignservices)
Carl Jarvis (Jarvis Electrical Services) has done all the electrical work for me
Greg at Go Cool who has decommissioned and commissioned my aircon/heating unit.
Paul Greaves (PMG Maintenance) who then painted my clinic at the end of it all to give it the finishing calming touches it needed to be that special tranquil space for all my patients.
Manning Brothers Removals who moved the contents of the clinic as well as the contents of my house! They were an absolutely incredible team, worked so hard across 2 days moving everything across.
And finally a big shout out to West Midlands garden houses for taking the clinic down and rebuilding it the other side. These are the guys that I purchased my clinic from originally.
