Are you highly organised, a great communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Home Instead is looking for a Care Scheduler to join our friendly team in Oakham and help ensure our clients receive exceptional care from the right Care Professionals at the right time.

💙 What you'll do:

✅ Coordinate schedules for our Care Professionals and clients
✅ Build strong relationships with clients and care teams
✅ Manage changes, holidays, training, and last-minute adjustments
✅ Support the smooth delivery of our award-winning care services
✅ Work closely with recruitment and care teams to meet growing demand

🌟 What we're looking for:

✔ Experience in scheduling, ideally within home care or a similar sector
✔ Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
✔ Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems
✔ Calm under pressure with great attention to detail
✔ A team player who enjoys making a difference

📅 Full-Time | Office-Based

📍 Oakham, Rutland ⏰ Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm 📞
Includes participation in a 1-in-5 on-call rota
