Heat, cold, repeat 🔥

Our barrel sauna sits right beside Crystal Lake. Every session is 1 hour in the sauna, optionally cooling off in between with a dip in the lake or under the cold rinse shower.

Come along for a single session, or join Sauna Club and save every time you visit with a monthly membership of 4, 6 or 8 sessions. The more you sauna, the more you save.

❄️ Winter Club is back TOMORROW!

Our first swim of the 26/27 season is this Saturday 7th November, 10:00 to 11:00, and we’ll be in the lake every Saturday right through to Saturday 24th April.

Single swims are £15, or grab the 10 swim pack for £100 and save £50.

After your swim, warm back up in our luxury heated space overlooking the lake, with hot drinks and cakes available from our cafe.

Remember, you must have completed our winter open water induction with us before booking onto the swims.

Winter Club is back ❄️

Our first Winter Club swim is Saturday 7th November, 10:00 to 11:00, and from there we’ll be in the lake every Saturday at the same time right through to Saturday 24th April 2027.

Just a reminder, you’ll need to have completed a cold water induction with us before booking on. Already done one with us? Then you’re already a member, so book in as usual.

Something a bit different for Halloween 💀

We’re running an hour of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in the Wellbeing Barn beside Crystal Lake, set to exclusive music and Día de los Mu***os visuals on our 200 inch screen, followed by a drink to suit the occasion.

A group class, suitable for all levels. Mats provided, just bring yourself. Costumes and face paint welcome but completely optional.

Saturday 31st October, 15:30 to 17:00. If you’re doing the Spooky Sauna and Dip that evening, this is the perfect warm up.

The lake you swim in has a slower side.

We’re running two Restore Retreat Days at Crystal Lake this autumn. Friday 16 October and Friday 27 November, 10am to 4pm. Same water, same team, a completely different pace.

Gentle morning yoga, our barrel sauna and an optional lake dip, a nourishing lunch, a short mindful walk around the grounds with a fire ritual to be held at the other side, and a guided meditation with calcite crystals dug from the lake itself.

No experience needed. 10 places on each day. Early bird prices almost 20% off!!!

Last Swim With Your Dog of the year 🐾

Over the summer I have built up a rather generous collection of pretty pooch pics (Kyle here) at Crystal Lake, and I’d love to end the season with a few more treasures in the trove. Whether your dog is a seasoned swimmer or a paddle-in-the-shallows type, this is the last chance to get them in the lake with us this year.

Saturday 19th September, 15:00 to 16:00. Come on down, bring the dog, and let’s finish the year with a splash.
