Excited to now have a Vald Dynamo Plus available at the clinic!

This allows us to accurately measure and get instant feedback on muscle power (including maximum force produced, rate of force development, time to peak force) and joint range of movement, and allows us to see asymmetry between sides.

From here, we can address and weaknesses or reduced movement, and allows us to quickly retest the power and movements in future sessions with instant feedback on improvements seen!

GOLFERS:

TPI screens are available at the clinic!

Jack, one of our Physiotherapists, is TPI certified (the only Physiotherapist in Lincolnshire to hold this).

He offers a TPI level one Physical Screen.
This is a 16 point head to toe Physical Screen, to assess for any Physical limitations which may impact your golf swing, or increase risk of injury.
Following this, any limitations can be further assessed, along with assessment and diagnosis of any injuries you may have.
You will then be given a tailored exercise programme to address these limitations.

The aim is to help you play to the best of your bodies ability, and reduce the risk of injuries.

£100 for a 60 minute appointment.

We are now offering Injury and Performance Screens for Running, Cycling, Swimming, Triathlon and Padel!

These screens are 60 minutes, assessing strength, movement, capacity and key performance metrics for your sport.
From this you will then be given an individualised exercise programme to work on any limitations found during the screen.
This will reduce injury risks, and help get you performing to your full potential.

Introductory price of just £100.

We are excited to be collaborating with Market Rasen Leisure Centre and Jack now offers Physio sessions on a Thursday at the Leisure Centre!

This is the start of new services available now and in the near future (watch this space!!).

We are of course still open as usual at the main clinic, this has not changed!

Exciting News!!

Due to increasing demand, from June we will be expanding our services, and running a clinic at Market Rasen Leisure Centre!

Initially on a Thursday (starting 4th of June).

Do not worry, the main clinic will remain open as usual!

This will also allow us to offer new services (watch this space!!), and enable us to continue building on our dedicated work in keeping the community active and pain free.
