My name is Debbie, I'm fully qualified and insured Baby Massage Instructor and Massage Therapist. I never experienced massage with my first when she was born which is something I feel I missed out on but she is certainly making up for it now! I completed my training with Gayle at Blossom & Berry, who is an expert in her field and her courses are recognised by Westminster Indemnity Insurance. I als

o have a full DBS enhanced disclosure (police check). I absolutely love meeting new parents and their babies through my classes and empowering them with the gift of massage. My classes are very relaxing, welcoming and flexible to accommodate parent and baby. Touch is such an important part of our lives from birth. It helps signal safety, trust and helps to sooth. Through touch we active a hormone in our bodies called Oxycontin "the love hormone" which enhances the bonding between parent and baby.

Woke up really tired this morning so rather than do nothing, I put my gear in and went out for a walk, enjoyed it so much, ended doing seven miles over 2 hours. Time well spent on your day off.
