I thought I’d share the Spring Liver Reset I’m doing starting 13th April 🌿

This is something I like to come back to at this time of year to gently support my body… not by forcing detox, but by working with it so everything can flow more easily.

If you’ve been feeling a bit sluggish, low in energy, out of balance or just not quite yourself… this can be a really supportive reset.

I’m part of a group doing this together, which always makes it easier and more enjoyable 💛

My AROMAReiki Practitioner Training shows you how to combine Reiki and essential oils in a way that feels natural, grounded and professional, so the oils become part of the healing rather than just something extra.

During the training you will learn:

✨ How to safely and confidently use essential oils in Reiki sessions.
✨ A full AromaReiki treatment sequence you can use with clients.
✨ How different oils support emotional and physical balance.
✨ How scent works directly with the nervous system.
✨ How to offer AromaReiki as a professional, insurable treatment.
✨ How essential oils can become part of your work in a way that feels authentic, not pushy.

This training is open to anyone trained in Reiki (Level 1 or above) who feels ready to expand their skills and offer something deeper in their treatments.
